For orders that are not being shipped through ShipWorks you can paste in the tracking information or upload it. If you are only updating a handful of shipments it is probably easiest to just copy and paste the tracking number into each order. You can export a list of all the "unshipped" orders directly from PSS. Once this file has been generated you can enter the tracking numbers for each order. Save this file and upload back into PSS so the orders can be updated. Once PSS has been supplied with the tracking number we will send to the marketplace or customer depending on the origination of the order.
