Welcome to PSS — What to Expect Over Your First 2–3 Weeks

Welcome aboard! Over the next two to three weeks, you'll go from a brand-new PSS account to live listings generating orders. This article walks you through what that timeline actually looks like, so you know what's coming and why each step matters.

Your first 2–3 weeks at a glance

Week 1: Foundation - Connect and Configure

Connect your eBay and/or Amazon account.
Configure your core Settings — eBay, pricing rules, inventory rules, shipping, and tax.
Connect Lightspeed if you have it, and dial in the settings and supplier codes.
If you've signed up for eBay VIP, start that application now — approval takes 2–3 weeks.

Week 2: Create Templates and Listings

Review the Catalogs — Aftermarket, OEM, and Private.
Create your first listing templates.
Create your first batch of listings (Automation won't be on. Consider this a trial run.)

Week 3 and beyond: Go live and grow

Once approved in VIP and we flip you live, monitor for orders and listing performance.
Fine-tune pricing and compare your listings with other sellers'. Better? Worse?
