OEM Catalog Shipping Rules
OEM Catalog Shipping Rules let you charge shipping on OEM parts using price bands. Instead of calculating shipping per item, PSS looks at the cart total and charges the shipping cost for the band that total falls into.

How price bands work
Each band is a range of cart totals with one shipping cost. When an order's total falls between a band's minimum and maximum, that band's shipping cost applies.

This is an example only. Set your own bands based on what it actually costs you to ship OEM parts.
💡 Pro Tip: To offer free shipping above a certain order size, set that band's Shipping Cost to $0.00.
Set up your bands
- Go to Settings > OEM Catalog > Shipping Rules.
- In the first row, enter a Min. Price, Max. Price and Shipping Cost.
- Fill in the next row. Each row unlocks once the one above it is complete, up to 15 bands.
- Click Save.

⚠️ Warning: Leave no gaps between bands. Start the first band at $0.01, start each band one cent above the previous band's maximum, and give the last band a high maximum (like $9,999.99) so large orders are still covered.
How OEM parts fit with the rest of your settings
- Inventory: OEM warehouses use the same rules as aftermarket distributors (lead time, drop-ship cutoff and exclusions), under Settings > OEM Catalog > Inventory Rules.
- Shelf stock: OEM parts you stock in-store, entered by hand or synced from Lightspeed, take priority with a 0-day lead time.
- Pricing: OEM parts are priced based on your Lightspeed settings. You can set each brand to pull from Lightspeed's Current Active or Retail. PSS does not get price feeds from the OEMs.
