Order Automation - Configuration

What are these options I am seeing?? How do I configure the setup?

The configuration page has four sections for a dealer to set up to enable drop-shipping across distributors.

Config 1 - Override Drop-Ship Rules

This checkbox, when enabled, allows any order item to be drop-shipped even if it does not meet the standard eligibility requirements defined in your inventory rules. We do not typically recommend this for dealers as it bypasses safety checks. Please be aware if you enable this, it could cause downstream impacts.

Config 2 - Automatic Distributors Settings

We will need your API token/key to enable

Test mode - when checked, orders are submitted to the Automatic test/sandbox environment instead of production.

Config 3 - Parts Unlimited Settings

Dealer number - your Parts Unlimited Dealer Identification Number

Your API key

Test mode - when checked, orders are submitted to the PU test/sandbox environment instead of production.

Config 4 - Western Power Sports Settings

We will need your API token

Please note - WPS requires that your Tax ID is on file with them before drop-ship orders can be processed. Contact WPS to confirm the set up.

Test mode - WPS does not offer a test mode - all orders are submitted directly to production.

Make sure to save!

After entering credentials for one or more distributors, make sure to click Save at the bottom of the page. This will validate your credentials and allow for purchase orders to process.
