Drop-Shipping Item Eligibility

For an item to be eligible for drop-shipping ALL of the following must be true:

1. Aftermarket product
   1. The product must be from the Aftermarket catalog. OEM and Private Label products are not eligible.
2. Order status is NEW
   1. The order must be in "New" status. Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or cancelled are not eligible.
3. Distributor part exists
   1. The product must have a linked distributor part number from one of the supported distributors.
4. Marked for drop-ship
   1. The product must be flagged as eligible for drop shipping in your inventory rules
   2. OR the "Override Drop-ship Rules" setting must be enabled in your Order Automation configuration.
5. Distributor Credentials are configured
   1. The corresponding distributor must have all API credentials fully configured (no empty fields).
6. Distributor is supported
   1. The distributor must be one of the four supported distributors (Automatic, Parts Unlimited, or WPS).
7. No existing Purchase Order
   1. A purchase order must not already exist for this order item. Each item can only be drop-shipped once.

If any of these conditions are not met, the drop-ship option will not appear for that item.
