Obtain Web Commerce credentials from Lightspeed ☑️
Obtain 3PA credentials and Dealer ID from Lightspeed ☑️
Enable Web Orders Module and enter credentials ☑️
Enable 3PA/Data Warehouse and enter credentials ☑️
Identify all Lightspeed supplier codes for your parts inventory ☑️
Map each supplier code to the correct Ecommerce catalog and manufacturer/distributor ☑️
Set lead time for each supplier code ☑️
Choose pricing option for each supplier code (Disabled, Retail, or Current Active) ☑️
Select Quantity Column (On Hand or Available) ☑️
Decide whether to enable Clear Previous Quantities ☑️
Set any Disabled Days if needed ☑️
Run a manual inventory sync via "Queue Inventory Update" to verify ☑️
Verify products on the webstore reflect correct quantities ☑️
