Integrations Overview
PSS connects with the shipping software and dealer management system (DMS) you already use, so orders, tracking and shelf stock move between them automatically. This article helps you work out which ones you need.

How to choose
Most dealers need at most one from each group:
- One shipping tool: the PSS Orders module, ShipWorks or ShippingEasy
- One DMS: Lizzy or Lightspeed, if you use one
A shipping tool and a DMS work fine together. For example, Lizzy can feed your shelf stock while ShipWorks prints your labels.
⚠️ Warning: Don't run two shipping tools at once. ShipWorks and ShippingEasy together can create duplicate shipments and conflicting tracking updates.
📌 Key Point: Whichever tool you ship with, the tracking comes back to PSS, and PSS sends it to eBay and Amazon. Don't enter tracking directly on the marketplace.
Carrier accounts
PSS doesn't provide carrier accounts. With ShipWorks or ShippingEasy, you connect your own FedEx, UPS and USPS accounts inside that tool and use your own negotiated rates.
